  14. I have decided to waive my usual requirement for shareware to be submitted
  15. directly by the author because of the apparent usefulness of this program
  16. and because of the wording of the distribution conditions in the SID.Docs
  17. file, which appear to permit distribution in PD libraries providing the
  18. distribution fee does not exceed $7.  Thanks Timm, for making your
  19. distribution conditions explicit enough to make your intentions known
  20. (not everyone makes my life so easy...).
